The slow-carb Diet Rules

  1. Rule 1 – Avoid “white” carbohydrates (or anything that can be white)
  2. Rule 2 – Eat the same meal over & over again
  3. Rule 3 – Don’t drink calories
  4. Rule 4 – Don’t eat fruit
  5. Rule 5 – Take 1 day off per week & go nuts
